We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items like earplugs, reeds, and software cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and licensing reasons.

Are the instruments setup and tuned before they are sent?
Every guitar and orchestral string instrument undergoes a multi-point inspection and basic setup by our in-house technicians. While we tune them before packing, please note that temperature changes during transit may require minor re-tuning upon arrival.
